Refund Policy

01

Plain English Summary

Currently: Life Craft is completely free until June 2026. There is nothing to pay and therefore nothing to refund.

When paid tiers launch (Phase 2, mid-2026): We do not offer refunds on digital products after access has been granted. Instead, we give you a completely free first module so you can decide before you ever pay.

We believe the fairest way to operate is to let you experience the course genuinely before asking for any money. That is why Pillar 1 — the entire foundational module of 10 sessions — is permanently free, for everyone, always. You can complete it fully, apply the exercises, and live with the material before making any decision to upgrade.

02

Life Craft as a Digital Product

Life Craft is a digital self-knowledge course delivered entirely online. When you purchase access to a paid tier, you are purchasing immediate access to digital content — session material, exercises, assessments, and platform features.

By nature of digital products:

  • Content is delivered immediately upon payment
  • Once accessed, digital content cannot be "returned" in the way a physical product can
  • There is no stock, no shipping, and no physical item involved
  • Our costs (content creation, platform maintenance, hosting) are incurred regardless of how much of the course you complete

For these reasons, and because we offer a full free module to ensure the course is right for you before payment, our standard policy is no refunds once access to paid content has been granted.

03

Our No-Refund Position

Standard Refund Policy

All sales of paid tiers are final. We do not issue refunds once access to paid course content has been provided.

This applies to all paid subscription plans, one-time access purchases, and any future premium or guided programme tiers.

We hold this position because:

  • You can try before you commit. Pillar 1 — the complete foundational module — is free for everyone. There is no reason to pay before you know whether the course works for you.
  • Access is instant and immediate. Unlike a physical product or a service that takes time to deliver, we provide full digital access at the moment of payment. The value has already been delivered.
  • We invest heavily in content. Each session represents significant research, writing, and development. Refund requests after content access undermine the sustainability of a free-to-start model.
  • Results require engagement. Self-knowledge is a personal practice. We cannot be responsible for outcomes that depend entirely on your own engagement and honesty with the material.

Try Before You Pay — Our Commitment to You

We are committed to making sure you never pay for something that doesn't work for you. That commitment is built into how the course is structured.

Pillar 1 is always free.

All 10 sessions of Pillar 1 — Origins: The Brain, Body & Blueprint — are permanently free for every registered user. No time limit. No credit card. No trial period that auto-charges you.

Complete Pillar 1 fully. Apply the exercises. Live with the reflection questions. If you find genuine value, you can choose to access the rest of the course.

Begin Pillar 1 — free

Pillar 1 covers the foundational science of the course — evolutionary biology, brain architecture, how childhood wires your adult patterns, cultural conditioning, and the construction of identity. It is not a teaser or a shortened preview. It is a complete, substantive module. If it doesn't resonate, there is no cost to you at all.

05

Exceptional Circumstances

While our standard policy is no refunds, we are a small and human organisation. We will consider exceptional refund requests in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment — if you were charged more than once due to a technical error
  • Unauthorised payment — if you can demonstrate the payment was made without your authorisation
  • Platform failure — if a technical failure on our part prevented you from accessing content you paid for, and we were unable to resolve it within a reasonable time
  • Significant misrepresentation — if the course content is materially different from what was described at the time of purchase

Exceptional circumstance refund requests must be made within 7 days of payment and must include a clear description of the issue. We reserve the right to request supporting information before issuing any refund.

We will not consider refund requests based on:

  • Change of mind after accessing paid content
  • Lack of time to complete the course
  • Dissatisfaction with personal results (outcomes depend on individual engagement)
  • Requests made more than 7 days after payment
06

How to Contact Us

If you believe you have a valid refund request under the exceptional circumstances above, or if you have a billing concern of any kind, please contact us:

Please include in your message:

  • Your registered email address
  • The date of payment
  • The amount charged
  • The reason for the request

We aim to respond to all refund enquiries within 3 business days. If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, subject to your bank or payment provider's processing times.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes any rights you have under applicable consumer protection legislation. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have statutory rights that apply regardless of our policy — including rights under the Consumer Protection Act (India), the Consumer Rights Act (UK), or equivalent legislation in your country.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days. However, this right typically does not apply to digital content where delivery has begun with your explicit consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal is lost. By completing a purchase and accessing paid course content, you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge the loss of the withdrawal right.

If you have a concern about how we have handled a payment or refund request, you may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national consumer protection authority.

For any questions about your consumer rights in relation to our policy, please contact us at hello@lifecraftcircle.com.
