If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Life Craft ("we", "our", or "us"). If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes.
Free access period: Full access to all 8 Pillars and 60+ sessions is available at no charge until 30 June 2026. No credit card is required.
During the free access period ("Founding Member Period"), registered users have access to the complete self-study course including all pillars, sessions, assessments, and progress tracking features.
Founding member guarantee: Users who register before 30 June 2026 will retain continued access to the core self-study course after the free access period ends, subject to maintaining an active account and continued compliance with these Terms.
We reserve the right to introduce paid tiers, change features available in the free tier, or modify the platform at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any material changes that affect existing users' access.
The free access is provided "as is" for personal, non-commercial use only. It may not be resold, redistributed, or used to provide paid services to others.
All content on the Life Craft Platform — including but not limited to course material, session content, text, graphics, assessments, exercises, the "Know Myself" curriculum, the 8 Pillars framework, and any other intellectual property — is owned by Life Craft and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

The Platform and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
Results from using Life Craft vary between individuals and depend on your personal engagement, effort, and circumstances. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes.
The research and scientific references in the course reflect the state of knowledge at the time of writing. Science evolves — we will update content where significant new evidence emerges.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Life Craft and its founders, employees, partners, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. During the free access period, this limit is zero, meaning we accept no financial liability for free-tier users beyond what is mandated by applicable consumer protection law.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
By you: You may delete your account at any time by contacting hello@lifecraftcircle.com. Upon deletion, your account data and progress will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.
By us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or the public.
Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection laws, nothing in these Terms limits your rights under those laws.
