Life Craft Circle is currently free to access. We reserve the right to introduce paid features or subscriptions in the future, with reasonable notice to existing users.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time. We'll aim to give reasonable notice where possible.
Any content you create on the platform — reflection notes, journal entries, saved responses — remains yours. You grant us a limited licence to store and display it back to you as part of delivering the service.

All platform content — including program materials, course content, assessments, copy, design, code, and branding — is owned by Life Craft Circle and protected by copyright law.
You may use the content for your own personal learning. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or create derivative works from any platform content without our written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Life Craft Circle will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or £100 if you have paid nothing).
You can delete your account at any time by contacting hello@lifecraftcircle.com. We will delete your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes by email and update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted means you accept them.
